Being a student athlete at Yale carries unique challenges, especially that of managing an incredibly busy schedule while keeping up with basic self-care. It can feel overwhelming to find the balance between schoolwork, practice, sleep and social life. As part of the resources available to athletes, Student Health Education provides support for stress-management, healthy sleep, time-management and more. Athletes can access these resources online and in-person.
