Finding the Balance

Being a stuLauren Horner headshotdent athlete at Yale carries unique challenges, especially that of managing an incredibly busy schedule while keeping up with basic self-care. It can feel overwhelming to find the balance between schoolwork, practice, sleep and social life. As part of the resources available to athletes, Student Health Education provides support for stress-management, healthy sleep, time-management and more. Athletes can access these resources online and in-person.

Online Resources

We offer a number of stress management resources that are available on-the-go. There are also mindfulness and meditation resources including guided meditations and app recommendations.

In-Person: Individual Support
